July 29, 2010 The Wisconsin Way: A Blueprint for Change 7PM

(Lancaster) This "Blueprint for Change" presentation, to be held in the Youth and Ag Building on the Grant County Fairgrounds in Lancaster, is an extraordinary opportunity for anyone interested in Wisconsin's future. The presenter will be Jim Wood of the Wood Communication Group which has held over 10,000 conversations across the state to find that Wisconsites want good jobs, great schools and universities, affordable and fair taxes, a strong infrastructure, and a thriving economy. As a follow on to this exhaustive study, the Wood Group has come up with alternatives to "business as usual" -- ways to reform and modernize our tax system so that it is fairer, more appropriate, affordable, and effective and ways to encourage accessible, accountable, and efficient government.
