WHAT: An opportunity to become more familiar with carbon fee and dividend legislation by actually practicing out loud the basic "laser talks" CCL has prepared on this issue. You'll build your confidence in being able to speak intelligently about climate change and carbon fee and dividend legislation in a supportive, no-pressure atmosphere. AND - dinner / dessert / whatever - Dutch Treat.
