Argyle, The Annual BEST Conference BEST (Building Economic Strength Together) is a regional development organization for Southwest Wisconsin. Since 2001, this group has been hosting an annual conference designed to bring the Southwest Wisconsin community together to address current topics and issues related to improving the economy and economic environment.
