Belmont, BEST Quarterly Forum - Rural Broadband: It CAN be done! High speed network access is vital to the economic future of rural America, and the health of its citizens, but will it ever happen? The answer appears to be yes!

How soon it will come and how much it will cost is the subject of the first BEST Wisconsin Quarterly Forums. Join us at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, August 18, for a report on this important subject, and for some barbeque and refreshments too.

Speakers will include Joe Esbrook from Packerland Broadband/ CCI Systems and David Lois from WiscNet - Wisconsin's Research and Education Network.
