DODGEVILLE, Pursuant to Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that the Iowa County Board of Supervisors will meet in Regular Session OF THE IOWA COUNTY BOARD Tuesday, February 15, 2011 7:00 p.m. Health and Human Services Building Community Room 303 West Chapel St., Dodgeville, WI 53533. 1. Call to order by Chairman David Bauer.
2. Roll Call.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Certification of notice for this meeting.
5. Approve the agenda for this February 15, 2011 meeting.
6. Approve the minutes of the January 18, 2011 meeting.

9. County Administrator�s report.
a)Motion to approve the County Administrator�s appointment of Supervisor Bill Grover to fill the vacancy on the Badger RC&D Council.

Justice Committee:
10. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 1-0211 Iowa County Emergency and/or Disaster Declaration.
11. Motion to authorize the Justice Committee recommendation to move forward on a Public Safety Communications Solution under the following framework:
*The initial portable radio coverage of a new system not be less than 80% with a goal of 95% by year 2015.
*The system will be the Digital/Analog, two Hybrid Channel, 5 site simulcast paging, 300 foot Tower solution (EF Johnson Proposal #2).
*Project cost not to exceed $1.5 million contingent on the matching grant funds from the Office of Justice Assistance Grant program.

Health and Human Services Committee:
12. Motion to authorize Health Department Director June Meudt to sign State/County contracts in regards to Public Health Programs.

Economic Development, Extension and Property Committee:
13. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2-0211 Approving the Updated Iowa County Land Records Modernization Plan, 2010-2015.

Planning & Zoning Committee:
14. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 3� 0211 McSherry Application to the PACE Program.

Committee on Committee:
15. Motion to introduce the following change to the Iowa County Board Rules and to hold over for action at the March 15, 2011 Board meeting. Change section 1.56 (1) to read �All voting by the Board shall be by electronic voting devices, voice vote, roll call or ballot vote, if requested.�.
16. Motion to introduce Ordinance No. 4-0211 amending the Iowa County Ethics Ordinance No.701 and to hold over for action at the March 15, 2011 Board meeting.

Administrative Services Committee:
17. Motion to approve changing the effective date of expanded employee life insurance coverage from April 1, 2011 to July 1, 2011.
18. Motion to accept the recommendation of the Administrative Services Committee to implement the following procedure for those employees included on the current Management and Non-Represented Employees Pay Plan Matrix: For staff below a step and below the midpoint of their grade, round their salary to the next whole step on that grade, providing that they meet all performance criteria, and that the salary action has a budget neutral impact, to be implemented on the employee�s anniversary date.

19. Motion to approve the ratification of an appointment of an Iowa County resident to the Southwest Family Care Alliance Board as a Member-at-Large, contingent on approval by the Southwest Family Care Alliance Board.
20. Recognition of Iowa County Employees for actions taken during the recent blizzard.
21. Chairman�s Report.
22. Motion to approve Chairman Bauers� appointment of an applicant to Iowa County Supervisory District 12.
23. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 5-0211 Declaration of Gratitude to Greg Parman for his Dedication and Services as Iowa County Supervisor, District 12.

25. Motion to adjourn to March 15, 2011
